EPHEMERA
12. 12. 2024 – 15. 02. 2025
Martin Bertelmann (DEU)
David Jedlička (CZE)
Daniela Mikulášková (CZE)
Joachim Seinfeld (DEU)
Ivo Sumec (CZE)
Curator: Tomáš Koudela
Ephemera reflects fleeting moments that slowly fade away yet leave an imprint on our memory and culture. The exhibition merges painting, objects, and conceptual practices, with each piece posing new questions about transience, temporality, and their consequences on personal and collective consciousness. The artists examine seemingly inconspicuous moments that, through their processing, acquire an existential dimension. The featured works can be perceived as visual haikus, offering viewers a pathway to an intense experience of presence.
The exhibition creates a space for the confrontation of ephemeral experience and artistic expression, attempting to capture and interpret it. Each piece becomes an invitation to a dialogue between the viewer, the artist, and time itself.
